1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- A booking is confirmed only after our representative contacts you and confirms details.
- An advance payment (as agreed on confirmation) is required to secure your dates.
2. Payment Policy
- Payment via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on arrival as agreed at booking.
- Full payment is typically required 24–48 hours before the tour commences.
- Prices include vehicle and driver charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Prices exclude personal expenses, entry fees, gondola/chairlift tickets, pony rides, or meals unless specified.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 72+ hours before travel: Full refund minus non-refundable vendor advances.
- 48–72 hours before travel: 50% refund of total tour cost.
- 24–48 hours before travel: 25% refund of total tour cost.
- Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund.
- Force majeure cancellations (natural calamities, government restrictions): Full credit note valid 12 months.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- Kashmir's weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. We reserve the right to alter itineraries for safety.
- If a destination becomes inaccessible, an alternative of comparable interest will be offered.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
- Carry valid government-issued photo ID at all times.
- Comply with local laws, customs, and regulations in J&K.
- Damage caused to vehicles by travellers is their financial responsibility.
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the tour.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir.
